When you see a screen with a tight shot of a person's face on-camera, you will know that this is full-motion video streamed as a Windows Media File. We shot these Raving Fan stories in person using low-end video cameras such as you would find at your local Best Buy store. Not everyone is comfortable on-camera. Some people are better suited to the audio-only interviews done over the telephone. And videotaping requires more travel and costs, BUT when people are great on-camera, the results are incredible!
