The
movies on this page are real world examples, many of which are,
or soon will be, hosted on our clients' web pages. Although these
interviews were created for our clients, you would do well to listen
to them to see how your own company stacks up. They will give you
some ideas about what you might want to ask your own Raving Fans.
There

this one, you will know that this is a telephone interview
that was converted to a movie with graphics. Please

When
you see a screen with a tight shot of a person's face on-camera,
you will know that this is full-motion video streamed as a Windows
Media File. We shot these Raving Fan stories in person using low-end
video cameras such as you would find at your local Best Buy store.
Not everyone is comfortable on-camera. Some people are better suited
to the audio-only interviews done over the telephone. And videotaping
requires more travel and costs, BUT when people are great on-camera,

must after you listen to Greg's comments in this movie. You will
find it under Metcalf's
Raving Fans. You see John could not begin to tell me what
his own value-add was that he offered clients.
We had to stop his interview and go ask his "fans." Greg
was but one of five Raving Fans who helped John and I learn what
John was really selling. Once we learned that, it was much easier
to "sell" John's services.
